Rylee Kara
The Founder & Head Coach

Meet the Founder!
Hi there! My name is Rylee Kara and I am the founder of Dare to Dream Athletics LLC! Graduating from Minnesota's Osseo Senior High School in 2022, I left high school finding my love for the legacy I left behind in the sports of Varsity Men's Baseball (yes I played with the guys!) and Olympic Weightlifting!

Baseball State Champion
Growing up playing baseball all of my life, my dream was to be the first girl to play Major League Baseball. In 2021 I was believed to be the first girl to play on a Varsity High School baseball team at Osseo Senior High. In 2021 I also became the first girl to pitch and win an American Legion Baseball State Tournament in Minnesota under Osseo Post 172 Baseball!

Olympic Weightlifting & Powerlifting
In order to build a strength base for baseball, I found my love for strength sports in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. As a state champion in the 64kg/67.5kg weight classes for each sport respectively in both 2020 and 2022, I saw a future for lifting competitively at a high level in college.

College and Beyond
Attending my 1st year of college in Fall of 2022 at Concordia University Nebraska for their inaugural year of lifting sports, I found myself yearning for more. In the Fall of 2023 I transferred to Lindenwood University where I helped claim a National University Championship for our CoEd Olympic Weightlifting Team in 2024. Graduating with my BA in Exercise Science by 2026 and my MA in Athletic Training by 2027, I look to continue my unique legacy and give back to those who are dreaming of a better future in whatever sport they desire to be the best version of themselves in. As I have done all of my life, I want to help others Dare to Dream!
